Refund Policy

1. Subscription & Auto-Debit Authorization

1.1 The Client acknowledges that all services provided by Liberate Adviser are offered on a subscription-based retainer model.

1.2 Upon onboarding, the Client authorizes Liberate Adviser to initiate recurring payment instructions (“AutoPay Mandate”) for the agreed subscription fee through the selected payment gateway.

1.3 The subscription cycle shall commence from the date of successful payment confirmation.

2. Onboarding Fee & Payment Structure

2.1 Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the total first-month package fee shall be treated as a non-refundable Onboarding & Setup Fee.

2.2 The remaining Seventy-Five Percent (75%) shall be considered the Service Retainer for the first billing cycle.

2.3 The Onboarding Fee covers, but is not limited to:

  • Initial business diagnostic review

  • Compliance and financial assessment

  • System setup and documentation review

  • Resource allocation and team onboarding

2.4 The Onboarding Fee shall be strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy

3.1 The Client may raise a written refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the onboarding date.

3.2 In such case:

  • The 25% Onboarding Fee shall remain non-refundable.

  • The remaining 75% Retainer amount shall be refunded after internal verification.

3.3 Refund shall be processed within seven (7) working days from approval of the request.

3.4 Refund eligibility is subject to verification that no substantial service execution, compliance filing, financial reporting, or advisory documentation has been completed.

3.5 If any compliance filing, financial reporting, advisory framework, or documented strategic deliverable has been initiated or completed, the refund shall not be applicable.

4. Cancellation After 7 Days

4.1 If the Client chooses to discontinue services after the initial 7-day window, cancellation shall be permitted only after completion of the first full monthly service cycle.

4.2 The first monthly cycle shall be deemed complete upon submission of:

  • Monthly report, and/or

  • Financial summary, and/or

  • Strategy or compliance deliverables (as per package scope).

4.3 No refund shall be applicable for the completed billing cycle.

5. Post-First Month Discontinuation

5.1 After completion of the first month, the Client may discontinue the subscription by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle.

5.2 No refund shall be provided for any billing cycle already commenced.

5.3 AutoPay shall be cancelled only after written confirmation of termination by Liberate Adviser.

6. No Performance-Based Guarantee

6.1 The Client acknowledges that advisory and consulting services are strategic in nature and outcomes may vary depending on implementation, market conditions, and business decisions.

6.2 Liberate Adviser does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, funding, or business outcomes.


Client can discontinue after first month.
Refund only within 7 days (retainer portion only).
